Customers might be presented with opportunities to purchase WatchGuard products through unauthorized or grey market resellers. Grey market products are products that are offered for sale by unauthorized third parties.

WatchGuard strongly discourages this course of action and Customers are advised there are risks associated with the purchase and use of grey market products, which significantly reduce the value of these grey market products. Purchasers of grey market products can be denied the levels of protection, warranty coverage, service, and support that are offered when purchases are made from authorized third parties.
