WSM 8.2: Enhanced and Updated
WatchGuard System Manager 8.2 includes new centralized management features for Firebox X Edge, as well as support for Fireware® Pro features, such as Multi-WAN Load Sharing and interface Failover, and security services such as spamBlocker, Gateway AntiVirus/Intrusion Prevention Service (AV/IPS) with anti-spyware, and WebBlocker. At the same time, WSM 8.2 still supports our award-winning WatchGuard Firebox System (WFS) operating system. So, no matter which operating system your Firebox X runs - WFS or Fireware® Pro - WatchGuard System Manager 8.2 gives you the tools you need to keep your network secure.
Some of the specific enhancements new to WatchGuard System Manager 8.2 include:
- Centralized configuration updates for Firebox X Edge - simply drag and drop to update groups of Firebox X Edge devices at once!
