The Web-based user interface on Firebox® X Edge appliances is intuitive, straight forward, and easy-to-use. You can manage Firebox X Edge models in complete security with features that are especially designed for managing a small business network, and for managing networks for remote offices and/or telecommuters.

When used as a standalone appliance to secure a small business network, Firebox X Edge appliances offer the following management features:

Firebox X Edge was designed to be the perfect VPN endpoint to Firebox X. When you connect a Firebox X Edge device to your existing Firebox X, you can use WatchGuard System Manager (WSM) to centrally manage VPN configurations and logs for Firebox X Edge devices from within VPN Manager.
